No German VAT identification number is held or required for this notice. All purchases made through the Service are sold by Lemon Squeezy Inc. as merchant of record, which collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT, and equivalent taxes on those sales in the relevant jurisdictions. This Impressum identifies the operator of the Smartappreview website and product, not the seller of record for tax purposes: see our Terms of Use for details on that distinction.

Dispute resolution

The EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was permanently discontinued on July 20, 2025, and no longer accepts complaints, so no link to it is provided here. We are not willing and are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a German consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information (including publicly fetched App Store/Google Play review text, see our Terms of Use) or to investigate circumstances pointing to illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; any liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known to us. Upon becoming aware of any such infringement, we will remove the relevant content promptly.

Liability for links

Our Service may contain links to external third-party websites (for example, to the Apple App Store or Google Play) over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no illegal content was identifiable at that time. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement; we will remove such links promptly upon becoming aware of one.
